AVIAN INFECTIOUS BRONCHITIS VACCINE, INACTIVATED (NEPHROPATHIC STRAIN) IP

Description

The vaccine contains Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Nephropathic strain, grown in SPF chick embryo. It is inactivated and oil-adjuvant (VISA-15 technology) to get stable water-in-oil emulsion.

Product Information

Composition: Each dose of vaccine contains ≥10⁶ EID₅₀ of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus, Nephropathic strain, prior to inactivation.
Indications: The vaccine is used for immunization of chicks against Avian Infectious Bronchitis, which can lead to gout. It is also intended for use in breeder birds.
Route of administration: Subcutaneous or Intramuscular.
Shelf Life: 24 months from date of manufacture.
Storage: Between 2 to 8°C. Do not freeze.

Instructions

Take out vaccine bottle from refrigerator. Bring it to room temperature for vaccination.

Use only by S/C or I/M route by using 20/21G ½ inch needle.
Shake bottle before use and frequently During vaccination.

Side Effects

Not observed.

Withdrawal

Not required.

Transport

On ice in thermos flask / thermocol box.
